Welcome to PodcastPro Equipment Rental Ltd. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website https://remattussa.pro/ and the rental of equipment and services we provide. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Definitions
- "Company," "we," "our," or "us": PodcastPro Equipment Rental Ltd, registered in the United Kingdom (Company Number: 92867929)
- "Client," "you," or "your": The individual or entity renting equipment or engaging our services
- "Equipment": All audio, video, and production equipment made available for rental
- "Services": Production services, technical support, and related offerings
- "Rental Period": The agreed duration for which Equipment is rented

2. Acceptance of Terms
By using our Website, booking Equipment, or engaging our Services, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent
- You have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations
- You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms
3. Equipment Rental Services
3.1 Booking and Reservations
- All equipment bookings are subject to availability
- Reservations must be made at least 48 hours in advance (subject to availability)
- We reserve the right to decline any booking request at our discretion
- Confirmation of booking will be sent via email
- Bookings are not confirmed until deposit payment is received
3.2 Rental Period
- The Rental Period begins when Equipment is collected or delivered
- Equipment must be returned by the agreed end date and time
- Late returns will incur additional charges (see Section 4)
- Extensions must be requested and approved before the original return date
3.3 Equipment Collection and Return
- Equipment can be collected from our premises during business hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00-18:00)
- Delivery and collection services are available for an additional fee
- You must inspect Equipment upon receipt and report any issues immediately
- Equipment must be returned in the same condition as received, allowing for normal wear and tear
- All accessories, cases, and packaging must be returned with the Equipment
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Rental Fees
- All prices are quoted in GBP (£) and exclude VAT unless stated otherwise
- Prices are subject to change without notice but confirmed bookings will honor quoted prices
- Rental fees are based on daily rates unless otherwise specified
- Weekend and weekly rates may be available upon request
4.2 Payment Terms
- A deposit of 50% is required to confirm all bookings
- The remaining balance must be paid before Equipment collection or delivery
- We accept payment via bank transfer, credit/debit card, or other approved methods
- Corporate clients may arrange invoice payment terms subject to credit approval
4.3 Security Deposit
- A refundable security deposit may be required for certain Equipment
- The security deposit amount will be specified in your booking confirmation
- Deposits will be refunded within 7 business days after Equipment is returned in acceptable condition
- Deductions may be made for damage, loss, or late return
4.4 Late Return Fees
- Equipment returned late will incur charges at 150% of the daily rental rate per day
- Equipment returned more than 24 hours late without prior arrangement may result in additional penalties
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Care of Equipment
You agree to:
- Use Equipment only for its intended purpose
- Handle Equipment with reasonable care and in accordance with manufacturer guidelines
- Keep Equipment secure and protected from theft, damage, or misuse
- Not modify, alter, or repair Equipment without our written permission
- Not sublet or allow third parties to use Equipment without our consent
- Maintain Equipment in a clean and operational condition
5.2 Insurance and Liability
Important: You are responsible for Equipment from the time of collection/delivery until it is returned to us.
- You are liable for any loss, theft, or damage to Equipment during the Rental Period
- We strongly recommend obtaining appropriate insurance coverage
- You must report any loss, theft, or damage immediately
- You will be charged the full replacement cost for lost or stolen Equipment
- Repair costs for damaged Equipment will be charged at actual cost
5.3 Prohibited Uses
Equipment must not be:
- Used for illegal or unauthorized purposes
- Taken outside the United Kingdom without prior written permission
- Used in hazardous environments without appropriate protective measures
- Exposed to extreme weather conditions without adequate protection
- Used to record or produce content that violates applicable laws or rights of third parties
6. Production Services
6.1 Service Description
- We offer professional filming, interview recording, and podcast production services
- Services are customized based on client requirements and agreed in writing
- Service fees are separate from equipment rental charges
6.2 Service Deliverables
- Deliverables will be specified in the service agreement or quotation
- Delivery timelines are estimates and subject to reasonable variations
- Client approval may be required at various production stages
- Revisions beyond the agreed scope may incur additional charges
6.3 Intellectual Property
- You retain ownership of your original content and materials
- We retain ownership of our production methodologies and techniques
- Final deliverables will be licensed to you as agreed in the service contract
- We may showcase work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing
7. Cancellations and Refunds
7.1 Cancellation by Client
- More than 7 days before rental start: Full refund minus 10% administration fee
- 3-7 days before rental start: 50% refund of total booking
- Less than 3 days before rental start: No refund
- Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email
7.2 Cancellation by Company
- We reserve the right to cancel bookings due to equipment unavailability or unforeseen circumstances
- If we cancel, you will receive a full refund or alternative equipment of equal or greater value
- We are not liable for any consequential losses resulting from our cancellation
8. Limitation of Liability
8.1 Equipment Performance
- While we maintain Equipment to professional standards, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Equipment is provided "as is" with no warranties beyond manufacturer warranties
- We will provide replacement Equipment if available in case of malfunction during rental
8.2 Liability Cap
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Our total liability shall not exceed the total fees paid for the specific booking
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages
- We are not liable for loss of profits, data, business opportunities, or reputation
8.3 Exceptions
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits our liability for:
- Death or personal injury caused by our negligence
- Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation
- Any other liability that cannot be excluded under UK law
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including:
- Natural disasters, extreme weather, or acts of God
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or government actions
- Pandemics or public health emergencies
- Strikes, labor disputes, or supplier failures
- Power failures, telecommunications failures, or IT system failures
10. Data Protection and Privacy

11. Intellectual Property Rights
